After many months of preparation, construction, cleaning and just all around preparation, we finally had our VERY FIRST PRAYER MEETING here yesterday!
My prayer is that it is just the first of MANY prayer meetings and times where we have encounters with God concerning our community and world.
What a blessing to see people from 4 different churches come together and PRAY!
Thank you Lord for allowing us to partner with YOU and each other!
When crisis comes, it seems like everything suddenly is going backwards! It seems that times are dark and difficult. But as the Lord shows up and His Church connects with volunteers, officials and those in need, things begin to improve and the load gets lighter. Often, things end up better than even before! We pray that each of us can RISE TO THE TIME IN HIM!
